The 9/11 incident, occurring on September 11, 2001, was a pivotal event in modern history marked by coordinated terrorist attacks by al-Qaeda. Nineteen hijackers took control of four commercial flights, targeting the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, resulting in nearly 3,000 deaths and profound global implications.
